Bed & breakfast accommodation is limited to two en-suite bedrooms overlooking the garden. Both rooms have double beds, TV, tea & coffee making facilities and are centrally heated and reflect the character of the building.

Breakfast is usually from 9am. We provide a proper full English breakfast (nothing deep-fried) with cereals, fruit juices, tea and coffee. Let us know if there are any special dietary requirements.

We are closed between 3pm & 6pm daily (7pm Sundays). If your planned arrival time is between these hours please inform us in advance to ensure we are here to greet you.

Vacation of the room is 11am on the day of departure.

Cancellation policy. We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and cancellations causes loss to small establishments To this end there is a 30% non-refundable deposit payable on booking.
